It’s certainly possible being #21 on the list I provided earlier with 8 departures per day in April.

What seems to be missing in this discussion is WHERE the initial pilots (both CA and FO) will come from?

The displacements/downgrades will continue until morale improves...

I guess we will find out in the next week when they decide everyone's fate for another month in a row. Hoping to see nothing but growth and more CA upgrades. But I am sure I will be wrong.

At least you know that you are likely wrong. Doesn't sting as much.

Yeah, it actually makes me feel better when I see the upgrades are 10+ in a month... For an airline with so much growth and new airplanes + attrition (that they don't publicly announce), we sure do have not many upgrades.

How many are we supposed to have?

No idea. But I feel like there is a lack of CAs here, I guess it really isn't my problem and they know what they need/have.

According to my calculations we only need about 15 per month not counting attrition.

San Juan is actually very business friendly and I am sure BB cut some dark alley drug deal with the Governor in the form of grants, incentives, fee waivers, etc because he is "creating jobs for Puerto Rico"

What taxes the Frontier employee has to pay? BB is not concerned about that. Plus, he is creating jobs that did not exist in Puerto Rico before, so the employee should be happy he has to pay tax on that winning lotto ticket he just won

Thats right, I forgot this place is now running off the backs of employees.
