Indigo will make another lower offer. JB might too. The stockholders will decide which one to go with, like last time. Except, now they know where the DOJ stands with JB.
Of course who knows if a potential bankruptcy changes the landscape in regards to lawsuits and appeals.
The stockholders might be more inclined with an Indigo offer this time even if it’s lower (assumes little to no resistance from govt agencies)

One man’s prediction. And I’ve never been right before.

Frontier was previously going to "use their (ULCC) stock shares" to buy Spirit. Back then (2022), Frontier stock was $12.

It is now de-valued down more than 50%, to $5.

Consider these shares to be "car wash tokens" previously valued at $12 each.

I am not so sure Frontier can even complete a purchase now.

...another prediction, worth zero

Frontier might not be the buyer, it could be Indigo.

Thats who I thought it was last time. I thought I remember reading the filing talking about who would be the surviving company and indigo was mentioned as the purchaser.

I have no idea tho.
