I can see this happening. Tell the DOJ it’ll be a ULCC and after the merger is complete, go back to B6 model because “market conditions don’t support a ULCC”. DOJ can then pound sand.

You mean pre Indigo frontier, essentially same airline as Jetblue is currently

Great in theory. Except Barry and company have signed SEC documents and made statements on numerous investor presentations saying that the ULCC model is the best model since sliced bread, and "cost is king" or "price is king" or whatever he likes to say.

Anybody hearing BB is already on his 90 day contract extension, and somebody from Ryanair is about to step up to fill his shoes at f9?
