I would wager at least 3 more years

In 2027, 3 years, Big-3 pay rates will soon come up for review.

Meanwhile Frontier will be one generation behind, as the "new Frontier rates" which align (well, we don't even know that yet....) with Big-3 2023 version, are signed off on.

Nah, our pilots aren't dumb enough to vote in legacy 2023 rates in 2027.

Of yeah? Watch us!

Hell, I don't think we will even achieve that.

Our economic proposal includes increases to account for this.

We won’t vote in current day legacy rates in two years from now coming from someone inside the inner circle. The current MEC is weakened from all of our officers leaving for legacies plus our pilot group isn’t unified enough for a no vote. Our pilot group would vote yes to a 70-80% legacy contract tomorrow. I’m just being honest and hope this post changes peoples opinions, but where we sit now our NC and national don’t know how to negotiate with the company because no one including the mediators are used to dealing with such an anti labor management.

”Inside the inner circle”

If you read it on Airline Pilot Central….. must be true.

Aviation history is littered with anti-labor management and Unions standing their ground even enough to collapse the company they work for.

In unity,
