I've pretty much come to the conclusion that we will get a contract when we go through all the RLA steps, it's dragged on as long as possible, get as close to a strike as the govt will allow, and they finally say f it just get it done. Doesn't matter if there is attrition, recession, booming economy, etc. Probably about 2 years from now. Hope I'm wrong.

In 2027, 3 years, Big-3 pay rates will soon come up for review.
Meanwhile Frontier will be one generation behind, as the "new Frontier rates" which align (well, we don't even know that yet....) with Big-3 2023 version, are signed off on.

Nah, our pilots aren't dumb enough to vote in legacy 2023 rates in 2027.

We won’t vote in current day legacy rates in two years from now coming from someone inside the inner circle. The current MEC is weakened from all of our officers leaving for legacies plus our pilot group isn’t unified enough for a no vote. Our pilot group would vote yes to a 70-80% legacy contract tomorrow. I’m just being honest and hope this post changes peoples opinions, but where we sit now our NC and national don’t know how to negotiate with the company because no one including the mediators are used to dealing with such an anti labor management.
