Good question. Somehow the system automatically cancelled my booking. It was crazy and ridiculous. i told the CSR ask about it and absurd if they could un cancel it. No email, nothing. They claimed I cancelled my trip home. I’ve never flown Frontier in a revenue ticket since. No way! I should have charged the cancellation fees back on the card, but I really didn’t want the hassle.
Another horror story: On my way home from my interview at F9, the plane broke at DEN they simply cancelled the flight. They didn’t tell anybody for hours, and then offered to book everybody on the next flight on SATRUDAY! It was a Thursday. People getting burned like this is really bad for business. I ended up buying a $400 ticket on WN and got back to Atlanta just fine.
Like I stated, something has got to change, but it may be too late for that.

Well that's a bit dramatic.
We had one quarter of a slim loss. We have 650 million in the bank. I'd love to see some positive changes around here but there's little doom and gloom in reality. I was in Chicaho yesterday and chatted with a gate agent. I looked at the screen showing all the flights for the day. Every single flight was oversold. Not sure we are "done"

The only hope for this airline is all new leadership and even then, we may be past the point of no return. JMHO.

June 23. 71 million. 7.3%.
March 23. -13 million. -1.5%.
Dec 22. 40 million. 4.4%.
Sept 22. 31 million. 3.4%.
Not amazing numbers… but not that bad.
A new face at CEO and a rebranding would help.

Not that bad. Just going back to the 4 quarters prior to this one here is our profit and margins.

I believe you’re correct. Frontier is in serious trouble and no one seems to see it. Remember, our stupidest move from the big brains at the G.O. has yet to come to fruition…all outdoor boarding and relinquishment of our gates in Denver. This is the beginning of the end for us in Denver and the dominoes will fall after. We are a regional airline destined to fail this point.
The only hope for this airline is all new leadership and even then, we may be past the point of no return. JMHO.

If you actually think Frontier is in serious trouble, you need to get a hold of yourself. Like the scene in Airplane.
Frontier has made more than $100 Million dollars in the last year, has over $650 million in the bank, and is about to have our largest competitor removed from the market, and has the best fleet and offer book in the industry. We are more than fine. Clearly you haven't been around long. If you think this is bad, I wish you could have seen this place in 2008. Or United in 2001. Or AA ever. Remember them and their 40 Billion in debt? But I suppose they have no concerns at all, just us, right?
I agree that the ULCCs might be a little revamp and maybe a little shake up on the 5th floor, but the company is in no danger. In fact, they can afford to give me a pay raise.

Listen, if your intention here is to pressure pilots to leave in order to apply maximum pressure to the company for the purpose of contract negotiations, I applaud you.

Also discussed a few times now is the route structure moving away from serving a destination only once every few days. More frequency has already begun. We used to serve ~115 stations about a year and a half ago but now are down to ~80 despite a 20% increase in capacity.

Even if yes, how soon will that be vaporized running an airline with "just a small" loss each quarter ?
Oversold flights ? what does that mean ? Are they MAKING money or not?
Frontier stock is now in the $3 range. Future base announcements will be interesting. 90% 1-days by Spring 2024. How does an XLR return to base each night ?
It is my opinion is BB thinks it is 2018 still and is driving the airline with a 2018 road map.
Things have changed (no, international is not a "fad") and the business model needs to reflect the needs of the customers.
