I think BB did a fantastic job of "training our customers" during the baggage debacle of '23. He trained them to fly a different airline. If you weren't involved, you witnessed first hand the screw job F9 was dishing out. We have no pricing power in the market when everyone is trying to avoid us.
I hope it was worth the short term gain so Biffle to cash out.
Meanwhile, the legacies of basic fares available to keep them in there system with flights that don't have awful travel times and redundancy, so when a disruption happens, you're not stuck for two days.
I used to love this airline, now I avoid it.

That being said, You can't do all turns, it doesn't work. If we do. I hope the union starts fighting for commuter hotels, especially since they like to downsize bases and displace 60+ pilots.

As someone who wants to be home every night, I dont mind it.... But I am feeling for those who commute or those who enjoyed 3 days/4 days.

BB shooting for 90% one days by Spring, if I heard the webcast correctly. "Europe model" is the ONLY model that will work with high utilization
