So 65 exact to 67 exact. If it passes and is signed, not everyone will stay the two extra years. Crystal ball of many of us on here predict about half. That means an average of 66. So, one more year, on average.
One year’s worth of full hiring will get the industry about caught up with staffing needs. Then be in normal hiring mode, considering massive retirements.
Unless there is a massive Black Swan event (like 9/11 or WWIII), this is the way I see it.

Again, if we’re talking about F9 retirements only, it has NO affect. Handful of guys close to 65. Could we see a downstream affect from legacies? Probably, but not as much as management might hope.

1. "Age 67" is not signed off yet. Therefore, it is age 65 until it is not.
2. This will have minimal impact to Frontier. If anything, more guys will quit, since "they can work at a Legacy two more years now"
3. Rampers will still be on lunch break when a plane arrives, 90% of the time.
