The Flight Attendant stuff going on may shed some insight into how management feels about the employees

So...

DL, UA and AA did ALL heavy lifting already. Hats off to them.

There is no more "rate." The pay scale is an ever evolving table of rates that changes every time a union goes through negotiations. Our ask needs to be "the average of all other A320/738/9." It really is that simple.

I'm not voting yes on anything less - I don't care what other "so called" benefits or language are.

Yup - that should be the absolute FLOOR for compensation...... before work rule improvements.

No. Our ask needs to be the highest of all other A320/738/9. It really is that simple.

We can negotiate to a position near the average. If we start out asking for average, we will once again negotiate to last place.

All we need is the snap up provision language in the proposal and all that takes care of itself. I’m starting to think most didn’t read the proposal with some of these comments.

Hugh influx? Ever wonder how many of these pilots left a big 3 airline involuntarily?

The joke mocked you as it flew over your head.

We just voted in a rate increase here at AS, there's no reason you guys shouldnt meet or exceed these:

The union’s proposal does have higher rates than these. God willing we’ll receive them. This company can afford to pay them. They are making the fight hard and some of our own pilot group doesn’t believe in our ability to reach parity. But we will if we fight for it. Every contract in the history of ALPA has taken sacrifice and determination. We can do it.

Good to see. Hopefully we can get a snap up and be in line with the rest of the industry.

Some people need to remember their job and aircraft, not the name on the outside.
