Contract 2030. Zero point zero percent chance we get a new one before then. My money is on us having to strike for a few days whenever we get to it. Management has zero incentive to get us a contract until we have zero applications on file. Seeing as we hire anyone with 1500 hours and a pulse these days, that supply is endless. Sh*t in one hand, wish in the other, see which one fills up 1st.

Today's negotiation update is my proof.

Reading the meeting results tells me the management isn't taking us seriously. They didn't agree on a single provision.

Start saving for a strike now so your financial state doesn’t cause you to capitulate to vote on an inferior contract.

Well that was disappointing. To summarize we have the worst contract in the industry and the company asked for concessions In nearly every subject area covered this last week.

I guess it’s time to buckle in for the long ride or start updating those apps.

For any of the people who were convinced that this would be quick, hopefully reality is setting in

Company’s response to prudent judgment: What, they trust their own airline? LOL!

It is to be expected. It's called hardball. They just s#*t on you with Lido. Called you lazy. Now asking for concessions. Seeing how much you will take before you and your union make adjustments.

Reading the company's response to what I would call the 'easy' sections of the contract negotiations is alarming.

Yeah that is hilarious... The fact that they won't even let us have a standard one online deadhead compared to 2 offline... Guess they know we would never get to work if we tried using our own flights since our performance is so terrible..

But thats just because we are lazy, right?

Hopefully the NC and MEC will not let an inferior contract get TA'd, but these are the same clowns who brought us our current inferior contract.
I am way more concerned about the pilots who have zero intention of staying at F9 long term, voting for a piece of garbage, just to take the money and run.
