That's how executives at that level get paid. He gets about 90% of his compensation from stock, not a salary. It's just a way to pay less in taxes (15% vs 35%)
Its not indicative of anything other than Barry getting paid

I am really glad I spent like $1k on buying the stock at 3.90.
One of my CAs I think showed me his portfolio, he had over 120k put into only ULCC... I am sure he is loving life right now, he bought in at $5, $4 and $3.80.
