who knows. Everyone thought PHX would go sr. Obviously that hasn’t happened yet. I tend to think DFW will go a little sr but maybe not at first. The den people always have to wait and see what they can hold before then move in.
But there will prob be a lot of people who try it and then leave. Once people see how crappy the DFW commute is.
