Planes are full out of Atlanta in good times. Full in lesser times. If gate space is available and they can build pairings... They will. One thing about this company they never make moves that make no sense for their bottom line. Clearly this is good for business. In other news any of you girls know when the next system bid comes out ?

What I heard from Barry’s mouth is that they are attempting to negotiate up to 14 gates in DEN. It could be a done deal by now, but who knows. You would think with the concourse expansions and a industry crippling pandemic we could secure gates in DEN or wherever we wanted but I don’t think it’s that simple; there’s usually politics involved. We need to get better at greasing government officials, that’s how you WIN in the modern day USA.

My hunch is that the first bid will be for 30 CA/FO and there will be an upgrade class of 30 for April resulting in no realignment necessary on the CA side. If there are reductions in any base I suspect they will be small.
