As for the clown comment, even a 5 hr premium is almost double time if your over 82 hrs.
The way they decide what they will pay is asinine. It makes no sense, I grabbed a 5hr block 8 crdt trip and then there was a 3hr block 9hr credit trip.

Just a few days ago there were a few 2 day 20hr trips.

Then they put a lot of 5hr/6hr trips at 6-7credit and no one picks them up lol

Haha. The airbus is a terrible training aircraft and I've been shell shocked from landings.

It’s made for 300 hour pilots in 3rd world countries. You can teach a monkey 🐒 to fly this thing. I wonder how many of our cadets can drive a 83 Civic with a 5 speed? 🤔

We need to stop blaming new hires when we have captains crediting over 200 per month in negotiations. It’s disgusting.

We have the power to bring this management group to the table.

huh? You knew here. An endless stream of cadet pilots, flight time hungry FO’s and an upgrade less than 2 years. I don’t see the power you speak of.

But the picking up trips for less than 5 actually hurts pilots because they should be bumped to 5 and put back into Opentime

I don't feel the pairings reflect the pay. It may say "BLK 0715 CRD 0800" with 45 of INC, but the 150% applies to the CRD in the pairing. I confirmed this with a classmate who picked up a premium trip yesterday, on the crewpay app.
