Correct and Management likes to cast a wide net and let pilots and the union defend themselves. Cuts down on the work they have to do. We saw this with the 44 sick and I’ve seen it with other contractual provisions. LTD comes to mind where they reached out to medical professionals for documents for everyone (as opposed to the few milking it) on Ltd right after the last contract ratification. No home flica for anyone caught using a bot for an extended period of time. The end. Anything else including termination has the potential to cost someone a bunch of $ even if they didn’t use a bot as the company takes hostages as we’ve already seen they like to do.

Even then. Where do you draw the line at bot usage? Is your password saved or do you have to type it every time you get onto flica. You’re using a bot if you have a password manager.

possibly if your operating I would tend to agree. I’m just waiting for this management to figure out you’re not selling business travel with no WiFi. We don’t want to carve ourselves out of trading/swaping while on a dh. When I think of language it’s best to start with what’s the worst case as opposed to what’s the best case.

That should be fireable. How would hr feel if a pilot willingly gave his credentials to anyone including a spouse, child, relative, other pilot, or a salaried employer in India paying them $3.50 a day to refresh and pick up trips.
I doubt anyone at hq would share passwords like that and the consequences would be extreme if they did.

I’m not sure if that’s prohibited in navblue and other pbs platforms with respect to bidding which isn’t live? In flica the only person allowed to do anything is the registered user to my understanding? Maybe someone else with more knowledge will chime in on that.

I've seen bids from people who use these services. I don't see what they're doing that's so great. I've seen a few interesting tidbits from these services, but nothing you can't learn to do on your own.
