I personally loved seeing the same FO managing to grab a near instant premium trip out of base at 3:40am EST...

Captcha will be great, I can't wait to see what happens with that. But I want to see a more spread out version like Delta or Spirit where you have a phone call and everyone gets a shot.

how have they “stolen” from pilots? The system is first come first serve lol. Let me guess “BoTs”…….

yep. Bots are real and they are not something anyone with integrity should be using... It ruins it for everyone if people are picking up trips almost instantly that no real person can grab unless they sit there refreshing like the bot does.

not sure how y’all’s System works but what’s to say a guy is about to call in sick and sends his buddies a heads up there will be a trip in open time in the next few minutes. How fair is that?

it’s not really. We have groups that will pick up opentime as soon as it hits and they will trade among themselves. If no one wants it they will put it on the trade board. That’s not right either, but they don’t care.

That should be fireable. How would hr feel if a pilot willingly gave his credentials to anyone including a spouse, child, relative, other pilot, or a salaried employer in India paying them $3.50 a day to refresh and pick up trips.

I doubt anyone at hq would share passwords like that and the consequences would be extreme if they did.
