Pardon my ignorance, but what is the full capability of the bots? I was under the impression the bot would just monitor open time and as soon as something hits it would grab it without any human interaction. It seems like a lot more was happening.

so what about the guys who don’t have bots and babysit flica? They have no integrity because they take the time and effort to find the trips and wait for them to go premium? Guys here want everything handed to them on a silver platter. It takes like 1 hour of effort to figure it out.

Nah, you know that everyone throws bot accusation's around about anyone who flies premium. Just cause they’re too lazy to figure it out

-left side of FLICA’s full site
pilot daily opentime live tab
”view or print pairings”
put in the date and select the base
”view detail”
Anything with INC was a premium.

There is a particular CA who's been flying premium all over the system. He picks up an Atlanta trip one day followed by Phoenix the next day and then Denver the next. There's no way he's not sleeping in crew rooms or in the airport, as there is often minimum rest between trips and he has to fly between the bases. I'm more concerned about someone like him flying all those flights fatigued, than a bot user. But I suspect that he is a bot user as well. Somehow he was able to pick up an Atlanta premium today, just minutes after blocking in from his Cleveland premium.

We need to align ourselves with the industry on this one. I highly recommend everyone on this forum that isn’t one of the 15 pilots who get the premium trips contract your union representatives. Tell them this is unacceptable and we need to negotiate an industry standard premium system.
Along with industry standard profit sharing, LTD, and reserve rules.
