So when the company fires someone else for violating some other term and condition and point to the flica firing the defense will be that term and condition was hidden? I didn’t know about it. That’s not an acceptable defense. Your giving management to much credit that they’ll do the right thing imo

I've started keeping a running list of the OT -> Tradeboard hostage takers. I refuse to even entertain helping them find something to swap their poor decision with. Hopefully, others are doing the same. If the offenders keep picking up and can't jettison their scraps on others, they will be stuck flying the garbage.

I always make it a point to check to see if trips on the trade board are ones I’ve been denied…surprise, surprise…it usually is 🤦🏼‍♂️.

I've reconsidered my position on this matter. I'd like to see every bot user fired. And I'd also like to see a list of the offenders (whether fired or not). Cheaters, liars, and thieves need to be exposed.

yeah your probably correct. Any language needs to be specific to this issue. Last thing we need is some new disciplinary language the company can use in other scenarios.
