Push those reserve days as close together as you can so it makes it easier to pick up open time on your days off. Make sure you look at other bases after 24 hours. Pick up premium in all bases whenever. There have been about 50 premium trips this weekend. If you can do that you'll be at a legacy in no time.

I don’t pick up any and the hundreds of new FOs that are using this as a stepping stone dont care about that. As seen above they clearly intend to be in and out ASAP.

I read through the last few pages and didn’t see much information about hiring or training. I was just offered a job today. Any recent information on how long to get a class date after the initial offer and how far out those class dates are? Thanks!

pick up one premium. Drop 2 trips in its place. Your logic is flawed.

The last time there was an attempt at unity, the union asked the pilot group not to pick up open time to force the company to the table. Union reps then went on to pick up copious amounts of high paying premium trips, left behind by unified pilots, to line their pockets. So, I’ve heard anyway. I wasn’t here at the time.

The union never asked the pilot group not to pick up opentime, that would be a job action. When you make stuff up that is completely untrue, you have zero credibility.
What I for the life of me can’t understand is why so much anger is directed at alpa, as they are the ones on the front lines fighting with the company about their abysmal behavior, inability to follow the contract and the rest of the crap they pull on a daily basis.
Maybe your frustrations would be better directed at the people you work for, but what fun would that be, much more enjoyable to sit on your lazy a$$es and ***** about the handful of people representing you.
Don’t despair, with all the alpa folks bailing, the future of this dumpster fire seems pretty telling. Sorry Barry, that is the true canary in a coal mine, not flight attendant attrition. But keeping slaying those dragons 69 guy.
