Frontier folks: What's the average time these days from submitting an app to some sort of HR contact? I'm showing published on Airline Apps, but didn't get an email or any sort of notification otherwise. I'm assuming that's standard, but wanted to ask. Military guy; light on the hours in the past 12 months due to a non-flying break; 2134 TT, 1779 PIC, all jet (and not sure if there's a fighter time conversion... I just put it straight in from the USAF green folder of justice). ATP, CFII, MEI, etc. etc... all boxes are checked to appease the Airline Apps machine.
Thanks in advance -- oh, and super dumb question... is training in DEN or elsewhere?

Not sure how they are sorting or looking through the apps at the moment, your experience is great though and I'm sure they'd like to talk to you. If at all possible go to any recruiting event or even better meet the chiefs. That'll get your app pulled usually right away.
Make sure there are no mistakes on your app or have a friend go through it for you. Little things like for example getting the passport expiration incorrect can affect whether or not they see the app too.

Thanks! I appreciate the gouge -- scrubbing the app currently. The third-party application thing is a little weird since I've only had experience with AA and SWA. Response from HR/recruiting was so fast it was probably more an indication of "hire everyone now" versus system efficiency.
Also, whoever is responsible for the FFTpilots website -- thanks a ton. It's seriously the most useful one-stop source I've seen since starting this airline transition circus.

I applied 5/30 and still nothing. Former 121 5300TT with a flying gap also, but currently flying small stuff. Three internal CA refs, met a CP, etc. Just wonder if the app got caught up in airline apps due to the gap in flying. Patiently waiting.

They’ve closed the cadet and RTP applications recently due to overwhelming response, so I would imagine they are just behind as they process all the applications they have received.

Seems to be a solid connection -- I have a big break from when I left active duty and went to a non-flying reserve job along with a corporate full-time job (not in aviation). Got back into the saddle this year.

Good info -- thanks for the data. Makes me feel better about being a washed-up old guy!
