I'm wondering if it is the same process for Cadets? I have done the HR and technical interviews, and I beleive there are no more interviews (correct me if I'm wrong). So I would be traveling to DEN to just do my logbook review, drug test, and compliance paper work only (at least it seems that way from the information I gathered)

Oh gotcha. I am not too sure about cadets. I don't know how any of that process works.

The cadet in my interview group was told to come in at 12 or 1. He was with us for only a few hours at the end of our day

How long does it take for the background check to clear typically? I’ve got nothing to worry about in my past just curious. At my regional it took forever, how good is the company frontier uses?

By a few hours, what would you say maybe 5pm?
Also I planned on it, but would a business suit be overkill for compliance (vs wearing a nice shirt and slacks)

Thank you

Better to be over dressed and lose the blazer once you're there than not have one. Just my opinion.

My instructor for ground school has been great, the schedule is less taxing as well. I think my regional ground school was 6 on 1 off for 24 days. The training department here treats you like professionals instead of middle school kids
Yeah I second that. Just going through sims now and all the instructors have been great people. The ground instructors will get you through. If you know your stuff and prepare, then the lessons should be easy. I had the guy from the Air France accident teach us the mock trainer and simulators. If he is your instructor, he will train you to think Airbus and prepare you for any situation. Just be patient and everything falls in place. I thought I would never be ready but feel confident about being signed off.

I have zero experience in 121.

Does anyone know if they still post something when someone retires. Like a gate party? I haven't seen anything for quite a while. I'm trying to figure out when I go up a few numbers if its a retirement or someone leaving for another job.
