Fortunately I’m still tracking those on my own. My numbers show we are trending higher with an average closer to 35 per month this year. But that could be slightly skewed as one month got a little weird with a bunch leaving right as a class was added so it looked like 47 left. Not sure how accurate that was.

54 in class currently, with a class of 55 starting in only 2 weeks.

No doubt. I would expect ~55 in perpetuity unless attrition gets worse. If that happens and attrition holds steady we will have hired about 575 and lost about 400 by years end.

we are hiring 50/50 for growthb and attrition (says HR) So if we grow by 25 pilots per month, we will only upgrade 12 per month max
