Does anyone know how long it usually takes to hear back after a MTC event? (ive heard people who get the email for the cog test 2 hours after, and some 48 hours after) No one I know of from our group has been emailed yet. It was on a Friday, so I am guessing it wont be till tomorrow when they get us in their system? The captain I reviewed with said he says yes and I should receive the email with the personality and cognitive test next.

I have heard from others that it can take over a week at times. One thing I’m picking up on is that those who attend the morning session will hear back first. The afternoon attendees tend to have a longer delay, which makes sense as they sort through their applications.

Any advice and what to do to create a good impression at the Meet the Chiefs meeting? I'm signed up for the one in Atlanta on the 20th.
I'm in the process of going through AviationInterviews as well as Emerald Coast. Also created a binder with all my resume, letters of recommendations, & civilian and military records (retiring after 21 years of being in the Air Force) with like printed tab inserts and such to make it look professional. Once I sit down with the Frontier pilot, is it going to be like a pre-interview interview or something like that? Tell me about a time, tell me about yourself, etc..? Any advice would be appreciated. I did a search through this thread and did not see the answer to this, but if I missed it somewhere I apologize in advance.
Thanks
