Seriously minimal. I took a quick glance once and it was 10-15 people a year for the foreseeable future. So you're looking at about 1% of the group retiring each year. Maybe someone else can chime in but it seems like most everyone is sticking around until they age or medical out. With the way their equity agreement is structured I'm under the impression they get a bigger payout the longer they work.

Agreed. I did a quick glance at the birthdates, and attrition due to retirements does not pick up until well after 2025 and then it is only 20-30/year. I see no normal attrition at all. I think a lot of pilots are in a wait and see regarding the contract as well as a possible buyout/merger by a competitor. There are also a bunch of FO hires that have no PIC that are stuck. I would not come to F9 at this point hoping for a quick upgrade and growth opportunity. You will be an FO for at least 5 years or more.

Attrition and retirements are different. As previously stated, we have very very few retirements. However, I'd imagine over the next few years we will definitely see a chunk of FOs leaving for the big 3.

Every single person I know that's been here less than five years (and under 50) is trying to get out.
As they should. You really are better off at any other major. Certainly for the time being. Considering the hiring updates with fewer numbers than advertised by the company and less upgrades, I suspect attrition will grow.
