Funny how the republicans and democrats don't have a mediator and the same hoops we have to go through. They get a deadline to shut down, we don't. Lame.

Sad thing is that F9 management knows that the longer they can drag this out the less we will accept because they know they will find more and more pilots willing to just take what is offered rather then fight. Shutdown? Yes, but the military is considered essential personnel. They will not shut down. However they will not be paid starting next payday, Feb 1.*

Any pilot here volunteering to work without getting their paycheck? Hum? ...silence...

*Truth in disclosure: When a budget or continuing resolution does pass, the military will get back pay for their work, retroactively.

I haven't talked to one single pilot who'd vote yes on the Spirit TA WITH PBS. But that's not our fight. And it's certainly easier to say watching from the cheap seats.

Well isn't our "ask" pay rates right around those numbers anyhow ?- maybe a bit less if I recall .

Wait..... Spirit has a TA?? Last I heard they had an AIP with just a few highlights released. Good to know people like to make life decisions with zero details.
