Are you going to be butthert when probationary pilots get a piece of the bonus? They can’t vote, but will get a piece. Doesn’t work with your “no vote=no bonus” scenario above

Honest question: it looks like you resigned, personally. Do you feel you are entitled to a ratification bonus when you left during the fight, for another job?
Serious question, no ill will at all. I’m just curious on the thought process. Spirit had guys who left for another job and then thought they would get a slice of the ratification, which they didn’t. I’m just curious on the thought process.

But you know, if a frog had wings...
Maybe I’ll write it off as a charitable donation. With the gov shut down they might not notice.

That’s a good one, isn’t it? The good fight where all the *****s came out of the woodwork to fly INC in unity towards the end goal of choking down pbs for significantly less that industry average payrates, a long duration, and of course, $2 an hour per diem.

We have industry average pay rates if you work over 82hr!
And
Long duration was advertised as a good thing! Everyone else will have done the heavy lifting for us next time by securing even higher deals in the meantime. What was B6 thinking with a 4yr deal!
And
Anything more than $2 per hour per diem is insignificant to the pilot group.

“The fight” I witnessed involved the Vice Chair leading the INC pickup, a member of the NC stalking a probationary pilot on FB because he spoke out against the crap already TAd and then serving him up to management over sick calls (he was terminated).
I guess if your idea of “The fight” is wearing ridiculous orange lanyards and stabbing your fellow pilots in the back all to accept the laughing stock TA, then yeah, I was there for most of that.
