That's the plan.

Give up a $4000 a month raise for an unknown amount of time to hopefully gain $5 an hour a year from now

F.U.D. I’m shaking in my boots. Whose gonna fly all the airplanes you say are coming? How are we gonna get through the summer after this piece of crap fails? You think people were ticked off last summer. Just wait!!! The MEC and NC gave you a stay for this winter. You’re not gonna have such luck come March!!

100% no!!

The majority of the pilot group seemed annoyed. That's about it.

Then why did you hurry up and try to get a deal done before winter?

Good lord dude. Chill.

It's just math. It's not personal. I want the best for all of us.

And to answer your question about who's going to fly the planes. We are. Its either we get paid a lot more money flying them this spring and summer, or we fly them for a lot less money and hold some union elections, do some polling, and then beg the company to come back to the table.

In all seriousness, what do you reasonably think we can achieve in TA2 and how long do you think it'll be until we get there?

If our NC let you down so devastatingly, what do you think they can get us going forward? How big a leap forward can we get? How long will it take? Convince me to take the gamble.

What you don't seem to understand is NO voters aren't tunnel-visioned on pay rates like you YES voters. They're voting NO with the hope of cleaning up the vast amounts of loose language, adding/clarifying language, and reducing the length of the contract.

If it takes 5 years to break even after the delay for a TA2 and you're planning to work for F9 for longer than that, I really don't understand your hang up on "lost" wages.

Easily one of the worst replies I have seen here.

Right. I get that. But that's an awful lot of stuff that you want fixed. That's a big ask from the negotiators. Like, unrealistically big.

But again, I don't fault any No voters at all. I get it.
