Also, if you have to put an LOA stating the company can raise first year pay to 98% of second year pay. Then you are admitting that this contract is pure poop. How about you just pay more? Shocking I know. Next will be the signing bonuses... How any FO could sign off on this...If I was year 2 and then they brought year 1 up to year 2, I'd be furious.

I can honestly say, I have never met a group that is so self deprecating as this one. You will never get Delta pay. You will never get B6 pay. Be happy we got this deal, nothing left on the table. That is what our own union tells us. I don't know if everybody has Stolkhom Syndrome or what but I refuse to believe I'm anything less. Certainly with the attitude the union has they are correct in that assumption we will never get paid more. We've been played by ALPA national, Indigo, and sadly our own union. WAKE UP PEOPLE! We fly Delta 767 in terms of passengers, our profits are nearly the highest in industry, and you can't even pay us more than industry bottom? All while having zero outside support. Poor mtx, poor ground crews, poor dispatch, you name it. And while we are clamoring over our 75 mil bonus, Bill and Barry are lining their pockets.

What you say makes no sense. I could do what you say regardless of the ability to change my vote or not.
I’m just trying to fully educate myself on all aspects of this very important vote. I wish more people would do the same. I’m astonished and saddened by the lack of information or education that many people are basing their voting decision on.
It is amazing how many pilots we have that can tell you what their new hourly rate would be and their share of the signing bonus, but not a single other thing about the TA.

Anybody else receive a letter in mail from some “no” votter? If you are going to send me a personal letter, blast our union and try and convince me to vote one way or another at least man up and sign your name. The letter shared the same fate as all the other junk mail I received yesterday.

As an NK guy it's not my fight but I was disappointed to see what was TA'd. I genuinely wanted my F9 brothers to leapfrog us to a minimum of NK+5%. Minimum. I would have been ecstatic, and jealous, to see you closer to or beyond B6.
It's a tough decision and I wish each of you the best in whatever conclusion you come to.

Problem is we have people suffering from shiny check syndrome. Many of the same people that were ridiculing new hires as having shiny jet syndrome for coming here.
See these new hires were the ones from keeping these same people from an industry standard contract, supposedly.
The irony is in the end they kept themselves from an industry standard deal.

Yep, an F9 pilot who works 100 credit a month will W2 more than and NK who credits 78 a month. Advantage F9, stupid Indigo, they must be noobs who don’t know anything about negotiating.
