I understand what you're saying, to one extent I agree, Frontier needs to compete for pilots, but it ignores a lot of real world factors to look at say Delta and say since they are going the same job as us, we should get paid the same.

Dont get me wrong, I'm disappointed by a lot of this TA, but the markets "Comps" zeroed in on Spirit, so I'm not surprised we are right in line with them with this TA.

Thank you, I saw one of the yes voters cite the book "Flying the Line" trying to jam it to fit their perspective. Ridiculous! Problem is I don't think it's necessarily the new generation.

Really? Hmmmm. Right in line?
You need to add these then.

$2.00 vs $2.25
14hr long call & 3hr short call.
4 days off between pairings
LTD Own Occupation until 65
Company pays their portion of your med premium until 65.
321 Over ride
International override.

That’s just to be at their one year old deal.

Wake up people.

Just another management troll....

Funny, I’ve talked to people at the:
school house,
crash pad,
and on the line.
I’ve only met one ‘yes’ voter.
That’s a pretty wide range of seat and seniority positions.

I’m sure you trolls realize that APC represents a pretty even sampling of our pilot force and the majority of us are going to send this TA backwards. I guess you guys are getting pretty nervous.

Just wait until you see all the NO VOTERS at the roadshows!!!

This TA is going to go down in flames!

Hahahahahah yup you got me! Oh you are soooo smart. If you think APC is representative of the pilot group, please stay in your echo chamber. This entire conversation sounds EXACTLY like Spirits. How did that turn out? Unless you gett off your collective A**** and get out there I’m calling it here ...60% yes vote

I love how people only point to the things they get....what about the things they don’t get?

Block or better per leg
5 hours per day for vacation
75 vs 72 hour guarantee
1.25 over 82
And.....you don’t have to say “Spirit wings”!!!

Seriously though....no one of our flights would qualify for an international override under their definitions. Per Diem works out to be a loss of about $40/month (small potatoes). 321 overide is an additional 2% a month. Reserve rules? Who cares...I’m not on reserve. I’ll give you LTD....that one hurts!

Most Yes voters won’t say they voted Yes. That true in almost all votes where they will be harshly criticized by the other side. If you go out and push your No vote so hard in people’s faces, what do you think they will say to you? Seriously.
