This is Spirit DOS +1 except the top end of the CA pay. Where Spirit tops out at $260. Just about everything is identical based on the bullet points. I would expect better considering what Spirit and jetBlue just got. Maybe they just copy and paste it to prepare for a merger

Not even close to what I will vote yes on. NO VOTE from me. End of story.

The sad part is, you will probably hear tons of no's coming from this website/Frontier FB page, and yet it will probably pass. I have seen this before. People are greedy. You can never find all those yes voters. I hope I am proven wrong by this F9 Pilot group.

Can someone explain to me the significance of March 2nd for Frontier?

It is curiously Spirits DOS...

I'm not one to scream merger, but I am trying to figure out why in the heck they picked that date.

It’s less than Spirit bc we didn’t get the 321 overrride. Very disappointed, time to get united and handily vote this thing down.

With half our pilot group at year 12 pay they are the ones who will vote it in. They need the money before they retire and don't want to wait for TA 2. The FO rates and the captain rates year 1-11 are terrible. As is the retirement not starting at 15 percent DOS.
