Original Ask on Pay Rates (actually lower)
$238.00 Jan 1 with $245.00 in March 2019
TA'ed Per Diem Rates
12% Direct Contribution scaling to 15% in term of contract.
PBS (Union controls Pairings)
Work Rules similar, slight decrease
$75M Ratification Bonus
Approx. $50-$65K Captain (after tax)
Approx. $22-$37K First Officer (after tax)
LTD $8000 Max Benefit (Optional Imputed Tax)
This is a slap in the face. This is a 3rd rate proposal and one only needs to look at your LEC Reps should they vote on sending it to the pilots. Don't sell you or your fellow pilots short. Hold the line.
Sad.

I hope so! Although at my previous airline we had a TA that once the agreement was reached they announced similarly to this. No details were given but eventually stuff started leaking. The company and the union adamantly said, “The leaks are false. Just be patient and you’ll see what it really is.”
As it turned out the leaks were almost 100% true and the TA was garbage. Fortunately that pilot group had the fortitude to vote it down with 85% voting no.
I hope that these numbers are wrong. I also hope they’re wrong by a lot and that DimpledBalls isn’t just trying to lower expectations in order to buy a few more yes votes from people who become pleasantly surprised.

If the leak is accurate, the answer is simple. Its not enough. Not by a long shot.
Like I posted in the other thread, there would need to be amazing work rules to even consider something like this. 6 hour min calendar days, no 4 day worth less than 24 hrs ever. Override pay on everything. Keep our sick make up. Drop vacation on bid after award and keep slide. Profit sharing better than the 10% up to 18% and 20% for 18%+ that JetBlue has, the list would have to go on and on with the other improvements necessary. But we all know all those items wont exist, so again.
If its accurate, vote it down.

Dimpled, you told us once you were very involved, so going off of that I'm tempted to imagine this is real. Please no.
And how does one square "Same work rules" with "PBS". Are you saying our trip rig doesn't change? We don't get a min day? Things like that? Are you saying we keep our swap, drop, add with PBS? How? What open time pot will that come from? Drop grid requirements stay the same? Reserve rules the same?
I know you can't answer these questions, but I suppose I'm just being a bit rhetorical. You headlined with "prepare to be disappointed" That's an understatement.
Hopefully you're just completely wrong, or maybe misinformation is being deliberately spread, because I just can't believe this.

Hope the leaked info is wrong.

Guys relax. You don't have to vote in anything you don't like. I for one won't vote in anything that is like Spirit's. The company needs a contract now, I can still wait until I get what I want.
