Spirit got nothing close to the ask

you're right. Truth be told, I have no idea what management will do to you with PBS. My only hope is that IF y'all decide to vote it in, that you will find peace after all these years. I'm truly happy this came to your pilot group - if you truly believe PBS will destroy your lives, vote no. Good luck! We're rooting for you all.

I’m currently a CA at Envoy, been here 2 years.

I’ve been keeping an eye on Frontier but haven’t been interested under current pay and conditions.

I’m looking to make the move obviously not until you guys get the win you deserve.

Any chance someone can PM me to get in contact so I can pick your brain about the trips and how the soft pay works etc. I’m east coast based so I never really have any Frontier jumoseaters riding with us to ask questions.

I’m yet to submit an app. Like i said, holding off until you guys ink solid gains.

Thanks in advance.

How did we think that an industry standard contract wouldn't include PBS, when PBS is standard?

The refrain I keep hearing is PBS works great if you're senior. Well no ****, that's obvious. Everything is great if you're senior.

Read my post again, I said Spirit's NC got their asking rates. I pulled this from the email that was sent to the pilot in September of last year.

Thanks for not applying until we seal the deal. We really appreciate that.

This new deal will change all our work rules, so probably just wait until we get the details. We are opening a Philly base and we have a MCO base if you are looking to be east coast.

Great, PBS is industry standard, you're absolutely right, so are you saying we'll get industry standard rates, retirement, per-diem, min-day, health, scope, LTD and every other industry standard section to go with our new industry standard PBS?

Jet Blue & Alaska is the minimum I'll consider under PBS. Perhaps the rumors that we're getting NK +2% aren't true. How can they be? That wouldn't be industry standard.

I wonder if this “NK +2%” is taking the spirit A321 override into account, which is about 2% additional to our posted rates. Because IF it’s off our book rates, “NK +2%” is essentially NK rates

It's actually worse than Spirit rates, Spirits override is 2.5-2.7%. If we're Spirit + 2%...

Let’s add this up as if the rumor is true.

2.5% behind their blended rate,
2% behind due to their DOS+1
1% behind their Retirement Due to DOS+1

So over 5 % BEHIND Spirits “forced bad deal”

By the time we ink a deal, they would already be ahead. We would be “lowest paid Airbus operater in the US” day one AND have PBS. Sure hope those rumors aren’t true. All these guys that are suddenly interested in applying better run for the door, because you’ll come here to a NO vote and be stuck at 39/hr, paying for you hotels, and no vacations for a year.

Everyone needs to see what the language REALLY is before getting excited and either coming here or deciding how to vote. So far I’m unimpressed with the rumors but I have more faith in the NC than that.....I think.
