I have also been told that annual pay increases are certainly on the table just nothing defined yet and it depends on the length of the contract.

I can't see that there is any way they won't be asking for annual raises to AT LEAST bring us in line with the legacy rates. Because before you know it, Delta will be negotiating it's next big pay raise when they take an early opener.

And length of contract? I certainly wouldn't believe they'll propose anything longer than 3-4 years.

Correct how long the contract is will obviously have an effect of the annual increases. The shorter or longer the contract will change what we would need to see in annual increases in order to keep us in line with the industry.

I'm not angry. And SMH is not an expression of anger. And "it doesn't help" is not an expression of anger. You keep posting things about which you seem to know very little. Conversely, "email the negotionating committe" is sage advice, so I'll recommend it again.

Well you attacked me for no reason. I stated factual data from their own email proposal. I posted straight from what the union sent me ( I assume you still have this email as well) and it did not have a proposed annual increase or a profit sharing request hence I posted they were not asking for it. It had everything else. My whole point was to make sure we are asking the union to get all of these things AND higher pay rates. I posted one post and it was all accurate from what the union has told us. Then you accused me of getting my info from forums which was false, and how do I know they didn't propose annual increases? The first was wrong. The second was because they didn't have it in their email. I know plenty as I keep up to date with the union emails and not once have they said they were going after annual increases or profit sharing. The people who heard we are asking for them should be the ones backing that up with proof.

As for saying that I know very little, I will quote a post you did in the past on 07/27/2017:

"I didn't understand it either, and equated it with a signing bonus. However, retro is paying the full value of the new contract back to a specified date, including to those who have left the company."

They don't pay retro to those who have left.

And also on 07/27/2017:

"That would be news to me, but I know nothing. In my little bubble, I thought we wanted LOA 67 retro to April 2016, and full contract retro to the amendable date of April 2017. But what do I know!?!"

It is March 2016 for LOA 67.
You also admit you know nothing....

So take your own "sage advice" and email the union before posting incorrect information.

Because I keep having to defend myself from your unmerited claims.

I just wanted to point out what we should be getting in the next TA compared to the rest.

Were on the same side.

I am not looking for "proof" on this topic. However if you do say it is on the table it would be nice if you shared that the negotiating reps said so, which I assume you asked them already by your posts, unlike some who were told that by other pilots (rumors). Arty13 attacked me and was insulting my intelligence over that one thing. I was going strictly off of the unions email for my facts and they did not have any proposal for an annual increase or profit sharing. So I was defending myself from his claims "I know very little" that I also "prefer to get your info from forums" and looking to get a "reaction". He was off base on all 3. My post in the first place was just to compare what was proposed in the unions email to the rest and that we deserve more. I want to make sure we know where we stand and what we deserve. I think our union is doing a great job. I have no problem waiting for their TA proposal.
