Your words.
Please tell us what it means when one of the only sections TA’d is below industry standard?

Add to that...the working spouse insurance surcharge...... Doesn’t even exist in the industry to my knowledge.

Who else can chime in as to what’s been TA’d that is industry trailing? And why shouldn’t those TA’s be yanked as well?

Family plan doesn’t cover your whole family. Extra premium of $78 per child if you have more than one. I think they may have agreed to cover two but it’s still unacceptable.

Why would we be ok with any surcharges?
Family plan that doesn’t cover a family? Unacceptable.

$2/ hour per diem TA'd. That's a one cent raise per year since bankruptcy. Not sure what ALPA was thinking on agreeing to that one.

Many pilots are unhappy with the LTD as well. Not much of an improvement.

As do other companies outside of the industry. It’s fairly standard under the ACA.

And we care about other companies outside of the industry because why? I've been alive for... a while and I'd never heard of this surcharge before working here. It's b.s. and another way to get gouged by Frankin Barries, but like so many other issues we have there are those that will defend and rationalize it.

I don’t think he’s defending and rationalizing it. It’s just a changing environment which we need to capture with the next contract.
