I never had that belief in the first place, and if I did, I would have let go of it several weeks ago. Doesn't mean breaking the law gets us there any faster. The only way this happens is the long, slow, hard way. I'm committed and engaged, but I'm done worrying about it.

I'm not suggesting breaking the law. I do think its time to strongly and publicly question the law, or at the very least, what overwhelmingly looks like corruption in the agency that allows our management to choose this type of relationship without the normal consequences. Made possible only by the belief put in all of us by the law that "The only way this happens is the long, slow, hard way." Look at the history of strikes on the NMB's website and tell me that they haven't reinterpreted their role as defined by the RLA in the last 20 years.

Warren Buffet always says “holding a stock is like making the decision to buy that stock everyday.”

Put another way, working at Frontier is like making the decision to join Frontier everyday

I cannot stand people who shame new hires for choosing to come work at Frontier. Perhaps it’s not the best decision in your mind. But then I ask, why are you here!

Stop being so hypocritical.

Thanks for the investment advice, or life coaching, or whatever that was.

Nobody, save for a few trolls, are shaming new hires. However, since the NMB has refused to do the job they’ve been appointed to do, we all now realize the ONLY way we will get a contract is when economics require it. The sooner seats go unfilled the sooner the bottom line suffers. So yeah, we’d prefer not a single applicant ever make the trip to the Emerald Palace. But if they do, and if they accept, we will welcome them to the trenches.

Oh and by the way, using Warren Buffett advice in reference to anything having to do with the current situation at F9 sullies his words.

I remember this one time I was running in a race and to find the ability to push through the pain right at the end I thought to myself "Build your own dreams, or someone else will hire you to build theirs." -Farrah Gray

I've had a problem misapplying quotes and aphorisms too.

If I'm hearing you right, you are saying that all 1200+ of us pilots should quit and start our own airline! We just pool our money together and build a dream airline.

We could call it Phoenix. As we rose from the ashes of Indigo to fly again.

If we all pooled our money together we could probably buy some of Great Lakes old 1900s.
