I think our odds of getting released at this point are probably 50/50. We've done EVERYTHING by the book up to this point to try and get released. If the board chooses not to release us, then they never had any intention to do so no matter how the case was presented.

The fact that we haven't been released after our proffer request, and Indigo has only negotiated in bad faith, shows the level of the illegitimacy of this process. What a sham. We're being set up by Indigo and the NMB.

I truly believe the company is orchestrating a move against us based on false information (rumors) that they planted. They would rather play these ridiculous games than run a stable and profitable airline. What a joke. This airline deserves to fail.

Does Biffle walk around the GO singing “Summer of Love”? Therapysession, is Biffle laughing at the water cooler? The company needs a TRO. I’d like to see ALPA file one on our behalf.

Yup. It’s a company work action. It costs them a little in the short run but pays off big in the long.

Yep. It’s all the fault of the pilots...
I personally made sure there were no cleaners available yesterday afternoon in Denver. It was my decision to not hire enough personnel so that we’d take a delay. I actually prefer to be very late on my last day so I’ll be driving home in the middle of the night. Those geniuses over at the GO caught me red handed.
I’m also the same guy who secretly told Denver Ops to abandon her station and stop answering radio calls for a solid 15 minutes yesterday afternoon. Ops... when will A38 be pushing back... no answer. Ops... we’re on the ground for A32. Is it available? No answer. Ops... we need cleaners to clean the lavs. Standby... I’m too busy to deal with lavs right now!!
Yes, Ms. or Mr. Federal judge considering a TRO against the pilots. It’s all our fault. We’ve infiltrated the very workings of a Billion dollar company and have caused it to implode.
The fact that our lines were built to an average of 81+ hours with only 14 days off has nothing to do with uncovered open time. The fact that there’s so much open time that nobody can drop anything has nothing to do with why nobody is dropping anything. The fact that most of what’s in open time consists of crappy 2 leg redeyes and circadian flip flops has nothing to do with the lack of interest in working on our days off. It’s all part of our master plan.

based on what happened at spirit, the instant you guys have "proof" that the status quo has changed, you need to put it in front of a judge. Spirit's may 2017 schedule was unflyable as published the day it went out for bidding, it was proven unflyable without a doubt when awards were released and most of the month had negative reserve numbers (many more lines scheduled than line holders plus reserves combined even before trading and schedule shuffling began), and in hindsight it was a huge mistake to not preemptively take that to a judge the next day because it was the beginning of a huge setup. Don't accept a status quo violation during bargaining! Take it to a judge and get a tro every single time the company makes a change, especially if it's something that could possibly cause cancellations that they can turn around and blame on the pilot group.

You need to preempt that, immediately take company status quo changes to the judge or get ridiculous TRO against the pilots.
And for those of you with options... The day the TRO was slapped on spirit pilots was the day I re-submitted all my applications, applied to a couple other companies I hadn't previously considered very seriously, triggered my internal recommendations, and dropped some coin on serious resume/application/interview prep. For me anyhow, taking a (temporary) pay cut and moving back in time from the 'bus to the 737 was worth it to get out from under toxic management. The spirit pilot group is a great group of people to work with but I couldn't see working long term for a management team that would stoop that low.
