BTW, while we’re all in awe at the JB bullet points, it seems as if there are more than a few over there that think they should vote this down...

On a separate note, I have a friend at Spirit that says he is "almost certain" that the Spirit NC increased their ask during negotiations in response to the upward trend, including after their TRO. Can someone from Spirit chime in to confirm or deny this?

I noticed this as well. There seems to be a large number over at the JB site that thinks their recent AIP falls short.

Take JB and subtract 5%. That's where we opened negotiations 2 years ago. Management is going to have to pony up more money to get anything close to a yes vote here. This pilot group is unified and not about to consider anything short of a market rate contract.
