How many planes are arriving next year and out of that how many will be used to replace the 319

I think it’s net 6 acft this year and 12 or 14 for next year.

I just revived an old thread that seemed to have disappeared. Aero1900 does a great job of projecting fleet numbers in it. Keep in mind, it's just that, a n projection.

I broke guarantee in February on reserve... that’s not how a reserve is intended to or should be used... if that’s happening in the winter, they’re already behind... I predict a couple mini meltdowns this summer and probably an epic one... before they ever give us something to vote on, they’ll dump the training contract and try to implement some sort of sign on bonus... if you’re on reserve here, this summer is gonna suck...

If the Meltdown does happen make sure you guys stay off APC. Don’t make the same mistake we did at Spirit and get yourself a Reatraining Order

This is good advice.

I think the Company would have a heck of a time blaming the pilots for anything at this point. This place is a disaster right now... not a holiday, not yet spring break season, not summer, no significant weather. Nothing special at all and we don’t have enough reserve coverage to cover open flying without incentivizing the heck out of it.

We don’t have to do (or not do) ANYTHING to cause a melt down. At this point and based on what we’re seeing right now it WILL happen and it will be SNAFU.

Somebody save this post and show it to the NMB and the arbitrator when things go south this July. If we (dumb) pilots can see it, our crack crew planners and upper management sure as heck should see it coming, too.

+1 thank you also to the flight attendants!!!! Great turnout! I don’t care about the press, these events are for us, and we have a motivated and unified group!!

Way to go SPSC/MEC!

Companies are starting to get it. Omni just got 50+ and 60+% pay increases!!! ...Omni!!

Why?
They have to compete for pilots. And so does Frontier. We even made the article!

Spoiler- best quote; Pilots are "a scare resource right now", he says. "To attract pilots, you are going to have to pay where the market is. There is no way around it."

Way too long on a bankruptcy contract!

100% READY TO STRIKE!!!

You are right it is for us. On the other hand it’s to make the traveling public aware of a potential strike which also creates leverage. That’s why I’m curious.
