You guys do realize that our proposed ask is basically the same as Spirit pay and that we can't go back and ask for more right? So I don't know why we are talking about ceiling pay. If you think we are going to get better than Spirits 40% gains on an already higher paying contract (when we are a smaller airline) than youre delusional.
We will be offered Spirit -10% with current work rules, wait and see...

Ok, this really isn’t that hard to understand. The ask you mention is out FIRST ask. It’s the initial one. If mgt agreed to it tomorrow, the entire AIP must be VOTED ON. If it is voted down, then the NC goes back and asks for more.
