You guys do realize that our proposed ask is basically the same as Spirit pay and that we can't go back and ask for more right? So I don't know why we are talking about ceiling pay. If you think we are going to get better than Spirits 40% gains on an already higher paying contract (when we are a smaller airline) than youre delusional.

We will be offered Spirit -10% with current work rules, wait and see...

I know, I know GFY Rapey.

Until we get released. The NMB can't tell us what we should/should not accept after that for a TA.

I’ll play. You have no effin clue what you’re talking about. What you saw from MY union were proposed DOS rates, and nothing from DOS+ 1 year and on.

Oh and GFY!

I think it would be appropriate to put the National Mediation Board under the “See Also” section.

Ok, this really isn’t that hard to understand. The ask you mention is out FIRST ask. It’s the initial one. If mgt agreed to it tomorrow, the entire AIP must be VOTED ON. If it is voted down, then the NC goes back and asks for more.

Got it?

This is about the 100th time this basic concept has been explained. I have no idea how people can fly planes but not get this....

Who says he/she flies planes? This forum enables union busting activities, with zero moderator control over such activities, and provides an excellent platform as part of a multi-tiered strategy in ensuring the company achieves the best possible result.
