No, but I can tell you anyway. Company and union closed the gap a small amount, mediator wants to drag this out for another mediation session as they are hopefully an agreement can be reached. Then it’ll be summer. The end.

In all seriousness I don't think that even the NC will know the new board members' positions by Friday night. Even assuming best case scenario that they release us it will not likely be by the weekend.

I hope we as a group are not surprised by this. Remember this is a long game. It's frustrating. That is exactly what the company wants. Wear the group down and break the resolve. We can't bend. This may take years, but as time increases our expectations should as well. The company plans to wear us down. They want Stockholm syndrome. Leave if you're junior. If you're well settled at Frontier, hunker down and be prepared for a long battle. Remember what you're worth and don't settle.
