No, but I can tell you anyway. Company and union closed the gap a small amount, mediator wants to drag this out for another mediation session as they are hopefully an agreement can be reached. Then it’ll be summer. The end.

Meetings end tomorrow. Hopefully we'll have an update from the NC by Friday night, which should give us an idea of the new board member's position.

In all seriousness I don't think that even the NC will know the new board members' positions by Friday night. Even assuming best case scenario that they release us it will not likely be by the weekend.

I'm thinking the above post is correct that we will have more sessions scheduled for March, April, etc...

I personally don't think we'll ever get released. But I'm hoping we'll have an idea of what the board member intends to do regarding the pace of mediation. Honestly, I'd be shocked if we had a TA by the end of summer.

I hope we as a group are not surprised by this. Remember this is a long game. It's frustrating. That is exactly what the company wants. Wear the group down and break the resolve. We can't bend. This may take years, but as time increases our expectations should as well. The company plans to wear us down. They want Stockholm syndrome. Leave if you're junior. If you're well settled at Frontier, hunker down and be prepared for a long battle. Remember what you're worth and don't settle.

Maybe ALPA should send the company's crap offer to us for a vote, like now. We send it back to the NMB with a 100% no vote. Give our negotiators some ammo, in the form of a resounding F U from the membership.
