Not too sure, we don't talk to HR much.

The historical pluses are:
Safe record
Customer Service skills
Experienced flight history

Most of the new hires I have run into have had considerably more time than the minimums.

With more than 20,000 hours of all sorts of flying, I couldn't even get a packet sent to me in six weeks. Called a buddy with NJA who made a call and I had the packet three days later. I can only suppose that there was a connection...the packet could have been in the mail anyway, but it seems to me a contact is the key.

I've been at NJA for almost a year and except for the domicile thing, enjoy the flying and think the company is headed in the right direction.

Only a handful of people are flying the international flights (long story). Keep in mind that we have no "routes" all flights are individual. You may fly several a year and you may fly several years and not go outside the US. I am not sure where the G200 goes, probably the same as the X and the Falcon. A hundred trips to Hawaii each year and a trans Atlantic as well and an occasional Far East trip.
