No I haven't applied online. I am in my last year of college and want to get that finished up before applying. I was just wondering if it was hard to get a spot here in Tulsa as I plan on applying this next spring. I have a friend that flew for you guys a few years ago and he told me it was a great experience.

Well Boys and Girls.....
The hiring continues for a short time. We have 6 spots still open till this hiring blitz is done. We have some fantastic new guys and gals joining on in a multitude of different roles (PIC and SIC).
We have 2 PIC spots left (MKC and FTW)
We also have 3 SIC spots in (FTW, BUF, RVS)
Calls are going out this week for all of these positions. We are looking for SIC's in the 1500-3000 TT range and PIC's with a min of 3500 TT and commensurate experience. Please update your apps or get them in if you are interested.
We have had our first revenue flights in our new CJ's. They have had a fantastic start out of the gate. The feedback from customers and crew have been great. We are really looking forward to the addition of our 6th Phenom 300 next month!!
Cheers

For those of you interviewing at Executive Airshare, here is a recent pirep. My interview was 9:00 am on 8/29/13. I am a 2400 hour ATP with 385 multi. Overall, the interview process was very professional and laid back. They began with a quick tour of their headquarters and also did a presentation on the company. Next, they split us up for one on one interviews with Ryan Isaacs, Alex Franz, and Cindy Kay. Most of their questions were HR type and not technical.
Describe your aviation experience/ history.
Why do you want to leave your current job?
What do you think about the pay?
How have you gone above and beyond?
What would you bring to executive Airshare?
Describe a typical day at your current job.
What do you tell you passengers if you have a weather or mechanical?
On a scale of one to ten how would you rate yourself as a pilot?
What are your short term/ long term goals?
What qualities should a captain have?
What qualities should a first officer have?
Do you have any questions for us?
Next, we sat down and completed a 26 question multiple choice test. The topics include: VOR service volume, NOTAMS, SIDS, obstacle departure procedures, transition level, transition altitude, RVSM, MSA, TAA, class A airspace, altimeter settings, non standard alternate, holding patterns, and GPS satellites. After the test, we had lunch and the interview was done. We were out before 2:30 pm. Again, it was a great experience and I highly recommend going.
