I wanted to pay forward my experience having recently interviewed with EAS. The previous post where very helpful to me in preparation for the interview.

My post is more of a personal experience and why you may want to consider EAS if you have been holding off.

EAS is a strong company with strong leadership. Their business model including the mix of the turbo prop King Air and jet aircraft give shareowners and prospective shareowners many options. As you have read previous post they are hiring. Yes, they are growing but at a sustainable rate. With a diverse group of shareowners attributed to innovative fractional ownership programs EAS is in a position to weather an economic downturn in one industry as another grows. This I believe is what makes EAS a long term career opportunity.

Regarding the 26 question test: Previous posts cover the subject material accurately so I won’t elaborate. I studied the ATP Q&A, AIM, 91K regs, 135 regs and approach charts and legends. Most of the questions are daily should know items but the studying did help. I believe I missed a few questions and this is disappointing as professional aviators we should know or at least know where to find the information.

So now I sit anxiously awaiting what will hopefully be good news. If anyone needs any further info or help please feel free to pm me.

What position did you interview for?

I concur on the interview process and company remarks.

The guys were great but it just didn't happen for me. Best of luck to all and hopefully I'll get a call back sometime!

I have been waiting, although not so patiently, to post this here!

Executive AirShare has added 3 new CJ2+ jets to our fleet. They will be our "Phenom 200". They are going to be a great gap fill between what the 100 and 300 can do. We are very excited about the addition of these new birds.
We have one already out of paint and it looks purdy sweet! We have already been upgrading and hiring for these new airplanes. Make sure to have your apps in or updated as calls are going out now.

So these are going to the Fractional side? I landed behind an AirShare CJ here a few weeks ago, but I was thinking it may have been a Managed bird.

They will be fractional birds! They will be an awesome fit for summer time trips to ASE, EGE, TEX and other high altitude airports without the extra cost of the 300.
KAD,
Was that CJ in our colors?

No definitely wasn't painted with the new Phenom/350 schemes that I'd seen, if that's what you mean. IIRC, just looked like any old paint scheme.
