I had no PIC jet time when I started flying the Phenom there. Had a bit of jet SIC time though. Kinda weird getting one or two flights (after the type) and being turned loose as one of the few Phenom pilots in the world (at the time).

Good morning,
That usually depends on your experience and flight time; but usually an SIC will upgrade with total time between 2,500 and 3,000 with a healthy amount of flight time in the type. The majority of SIC's here who come in with ballpark 2,000-2,500 total time will upgrade within a year or so.
Hope that helps.
