What's the scuttlebutt on EAS getting larger cabin planes for Hawaii and other longer haul clientele?

Never ever going to happen. Not in a million years.

For the FTW phenom guys, how many nights do you end up in base during your 10 days on? I know that's it's probably random but how many on average? Thanks

This rotation for me has been 11/12 days worked 2 nights at home.

Last rotation was 10/12 days worked and 8 nights in my own bed.

It not easy to predict how often we will be home. Right now we are very understaffed and most pilots in FTW are working every day of their rotations. Some guys get lucky and get to be on day trips others get the short straw and live out of a suitcase for their whole rotation.

People are applying to leave as fast as they can, because we are understaffed and management feels that unless we are turning down flight we are doing just fine.

My last 4 rotations were actually quite manageable. It ebbs and flows-that's GA flying for ya.
