Yes....but he doesn't post frequently.

EAS now has a link/ad that you can find on APC.

Management is being pretty tight lipped about the details, but I think the official word is supposed to come out some time next week. There's a lot of rumors circulating though. I heard each pilot will get an $80,000 raise and 27 days off per month. In addition, each base will receive a unicorn that farts rainbows and craps Skittles. Seems legit, right?

Someone already updated the profile with the pay scale. How is the schedule? Is it still 12 days straight?

It's 12 days available. Not 12 out straight.
During the 12, you may fly 1 or all 12.

Varies every rotation. In and out of base

I have to ask, and I don't mean to be a dick, but why the hell does anyone work for this company? I just looked up the payscales and they are absolutely terrible. Combine that with a 12 on schedule, I cannot imagine why anyone would put themselves through that when every other company pays much more with better QOL.

So are all the C90s gone?

It's a step in the right direction. However, there are turboprop 135 captains with a better schedule and starting pay than their EAS jet counterparts.

I think the new payscale is a huge step in the right direction. I was personally blown away. It almost directly compares to a netjets captain on the 7/7 schedule currently ( assuming the new TA will change that)

Are more changes needed? Sure. We're pilots and we always find something to ***** about. Give us a million bucks and we complain that its in 50 dollar bills instead of 100s. One thing is for certain though - in my time at Airshare, things have only consistently improved, be it subtle or not, they are trying. I more or less have renewed faith that they will continue this trend of trying to make things better for us.

That's all the optimism I could cook up for today! Time to go eat turkey

All PIC's are or will be on 10/5 by 4/2016 and SIC's with more then 12 months on property will go to 10/5. The schedule sounds bad but it could be worse. It all depends some rotations you will work all 10 and the next maybe only 6 days. I can guarantee I am home more then the Wheels Up crews that are on 8/6. Last rotation I worked 5 days and was off for 11. Is that the norm, absolutely not, but sometimes you luck out.

It's best to educate yourself on a particular issue before spouting off and making yourself look ignorant. What pay scale would you prefer?
Phenom drivers making 777 pay?

The 12/3 or 10/5 schedule isn't a 12 days away and 3 days home.
It's a 12 day available rotation. As previously said, you may work 1 or all 12 (rarely) days on your rotation.
