I just did my first work at KMKC.
Interesting airport.
The locale looks nice (the area I mean).
We usually stop down at KIXD when in the area.

AirShare has come a long way in the past few months. They've hired/ upgraded heavily in the Phenom 100, and are working on the Phenom 300. We just hired a new 300 PIC in MKC so that should eliminate some of the base to base hopping to MKC. Finally starting to see a decrease in number of days flown per month. Last two have been acceptable 18 days or so. We are still short of F/O's in the DFW base on the phenoms as we've upgraded most of our F/O's. Everything seems to be improving schedule wise and also salary wise. Reviews are conducted in April, and 300/100 drivers got good bumps in pay. Still below industry average, but a good step in the right direction. I think 100 Ca are at 63ish, and the 300 drivers are now at 78-80ish.

I applied. Never heard from them despite the fact they promised a reply within 24 hours. A "not no but hell no" is preferential to silence.

They might be slowing down on the hiring until they get caught up with training. I have a buddy that's going through training now and that's what he told me.

Wow, don't act like an airline has never gotten back to you immediately before!
