To all others....I spent 6 yrs at Eagle and am glad for it. EAS has at least 5 prior AMR escapees on premises. I am happy for the time I spent in 121 and 91, but I can't say enough about being here at EAS right now!
Good Luck. And Mig...tip another beer and quit breaking things in your hotel room.

I am only kidding as I am one of them. Very thankful to be with EAS and away from the sinking Titanic

I'm a current check airman here and have applied but wanting to find out more about schedules, pay, and morale.
Thanks.

As a former Eagle pilot, how would you compare the quality of life and people you work with to your time at Eagle? I have enjoyed my time at Eagle but it may be time to move on.

I will say that my experience so far has been fantastic. Everyone I have met has been very positive about the company. All apprehension I had about leaving Eagle is gone, and I am very happy to work for EAS.

Pay.....35K for FO's and 58K for CA on King Airs and Phenom 100. 72K for Phenom 300 CA's.
Schedule.....you will have 12 days of duty and then 3 hard days off. Of those 12, you'll have standby at home and others will be scheduled flying. Your not gonna leave home and come back 12 days later.
EAS is a growing company and they seek to make this job as good as possible.

Fleet allocation at EAS
For those who have more than the minimum hours and good experience in terms of aircraft flown (RJs and above), how is aircraft type(s) determined at EAS? Purely based on fleet need at the time or do they place people in specific aircraft types based on previous aircraft experience?
For example, if someone has thousands of hours on RJs or corporate jets, does that mean Phenom 100/300 is more likely? Who would qualify initially for the King Airs but not the Phenoms? What would disqualify someone initially from Phenom fleet consideration?

To truely answer your question, I am not 100% sure. I know that if they have 3 guys interview and 2 of the three have tons of RJ time......if the company has 1 Phenom and 2 King Air spots...well you can see the picture. I am not sure about if they allow you to "hold out" until the position opens though. I came in to EAS with 4000+ of Embraer time and types on the 100, 300 and 145.
