Does anybody have any inside information on XOJet? For example:
Do new hires get their choice of domicile?
What is the base pay?
How are crews treated?
Do you recommend this as a place to work?

Nope, 25% override on US base pay, another 10% override on base pay for food. Two biz class R/T tickets for pilot + spouse/family per year when going for recurrent. For families with kids under 18 free schooling for up to two kids. 30 days of vacation per UAE labor laws.

A rec from me won't do anything W2 to get you a job over there. If you haven't ever been there for an extended period of time, I wouldn't recommend looking for full time work there until you check it out! It isn't for everyone... I had a great time there, but wouldn't want to pack the fam up and move.
