NetJets will probably never have reciprocal agreements to be part of CASS, so any jumpseating is an exception rather than a legitimate expectation.

I know the Southwest jumpseat form has a box to check if you're 121 or 135. Does NetJets count as a 135 operator since some of their flights are for Marquis Jet Card holders? If so, does Southwest accept all 135 pilots as jumpseaters (if there's a cabin seat) or only 135 pilots who work for carriers with reciprocal agreements??

There is a list of allowed 135 operators. NetJets is not one of them. I know because while JS'ing on a recent SWA flight, I looked at this said list.
Not a whole lot of 135 operators on it, and if your company was one of them, I think you'd know it.
Cherry Air, Ameriflight, and a few of the larger operations are all I saw on there. Unless you are in CASS, you have to sit in back.
