Passenger no shows
Here's an interesting question for you fractional guys/gals.
If you have a passenger no show, how long do you wait, and than what??
What if you have a tight duty day limit and the passenger is late, making you illegal to fly the hop to your next rest?? Curious.

Two points:
1. Get the company's ok on whatever you do. Don't you dare leave without their ok as if you do and you **** off a client, it could be your hide. Remember you are part of a team. Use that team to achieve the end goal of taking care of that client
2. Yes you are right about the other wall. FAA Regs. Never let yourself nudge the envelope there either. Expect no one to back you up if you fail to respect the regs.

Most companies will volunarily disclose their employees FAA violations to get less punishment/ fines for the company. Don't ever overfly the duty restrictions and don't let yourself get forced into it. At NJ the captain has to call in every 15 minutes to update the company when the pax are late. Eventually they will make the decision for you on what you will do with the airplane as far as waiting for the pax. If they really need a flight done somewhere else they will have you do it, but you would probably wait for at least a couple of hours for the customer before leaving if the company can't get in contact with them.
